White's Covered Bridge - This covered bridge is one of the last of it's kind in Michigan, it was built in 1869 by Jared N. Brazee and J. N. Walker, builders of several covered bridges in the area. The bridge was named after a prominent pioneer family of Smyrna. The crossing was known as White's crossing before the first primitive bridge was built. In 1845, a bridge of log-corduroy construction was erected at the cost off $1,750.54. The bridge has been in constant use since 1869.
